2013: PI Pharma M&D begins its activity as a pharmaceutical consultancy service provider for Romanian and EU partners.

2014: PI Pharma M&D obtains the 432D wholesale distribution permit, issued by the National Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of Romania (ANMDM).

2015: ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications.

2016: PI Pharma M&D becomes one of the first Romanian companies to obtain parallel import licences for pharmaceuticals imported from EU member states.

2017: The Company holds 16 parallel import licences for OTC type-products, thus becoming an important player on the Romanian pharmaceutical market.

2017: Pi Pharma M&D holds a complex portfolio of products imported from EU member states (OTC, medical devices, food supplements and cosmetics dermato-cosmetics).

2018: After broadening its activity, PI Pharma M&D moves in a new location, with a 500 square meters warehouse and a storage capacity of about 400 pallets.

2018: PI Pharma M&D becomes the first pharmaceutical company that supplies the Romanian market with repackaged products, on the grounds of its parallel import authorisations.

2018: PI Pharma M&D becomes an active member of ADEM Romania (Association of European Distributors of Medicines), part of EAEPC (European Association of Euro-Pharmaceutical Companies).

ADEM is an independent NGO for natural and legal persons, with no patrimonial purpose located in Bucharest. It was founded and became a member of EAEPC (European Association of Euro-Pharmaceutical Companies) in 2016. Up until now, it has managed to bring together nine member companies.

EAEPC is an NGO located in Brussels. Through the direct membership of 14 national associations and 21 individual companies, EAEPC encompasses about 100 firms from 23 countries in the European Economic Area (EEA), representing 80 percent of the volume of the overall industry. EAEPC member companies are nearly all privately owned small- to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

2018: PI Pharma M&D is authorized to supply pharmaceutical products outside the European Union.

2019: The company is authorized to offer 3PL services: transport, handling, storage as well as labelling and repacking services for pharmaceutical products.
